The 20,425 square foot, ground-floor retail property is located at the intersection of South Lake Avenue and Cordova Street, in the heart of the South Lake Avenue Retail and Office District in Pasadena. Constructed in 2004, the property is within walking distance of two million square feet of class A office buildings. The property’s tenants include the Vitamin Shoppe, Sharky’s Woodfired Mexican Grill, National University, and T-Mobile.
Pasadena is an affluent city located just ten miles from downtown Los Angeles. The city is home to the famous Rose Bowl football game and Tournament of Roses Parade.
