Paragon Buys Retail Property in Downtown Pasadena

Mar 25, 2014 | by Paragon

Paragon has purchased the retail portion of the Pasadena Collection, a mixed-use residential and commercial development in Pasadena, California.

The 20,425 square foot, ground-floor retail property is located at the intersection of South Lake Avenue and Cordova Street, in the heart of the South Lake Avenue Retail and Office District in Pasadena.  Constructed in 2004, the property is within walking distance of two million square feet of class A office buildings.  The property’s tenants include the Vitamin Shoppe, Sharky’s Woodfired Mexican Grill, National University, and T-Mobile.

Pasadena is an affluent city located just ten miles from downtown Los Angeles.  The city is home to the famous Rose Bowl football game and Tournament of Roses Parade.  The South Lake Avenue area of Pasadena offers its residents an urban setting with cafes, restaurants, shops and boutiques all within walking distance.

Under the leadership of Roberto Jinich, Ricardo Jinich and Daniel Berkus, Paragon has acquired numerous West Coast urban retail properties in the past 24 months.
